The best grows practically around our house and our small farm in St. Jakob.
Our fine apricots, sweet raspberries, juicy apples, small chanterelles and porcini mushrooms from our forests, finely selected herbs and the aromatic alpine cheese can be found in our dishes. That's what we collect throughout the year, preserve it, boil it down and then use it in our dishes all year round. Regionality, seasonality as well as the love for the products and always creating and trying out new things to combine traditional and modern.

One of the most important aspects in Nathalie & Nobert's kitchen are the local farmers and suppliers they source their products from, as well as the eye on sustainability. With the selection of small farmers and winegrowers from Tyrol, Vorarlberg, Lower Austria and South Tyrol, we try to keep the regionality and the supply chains as short as possible.
