Half board In our house we rent on a half board basis (breakfast & dinner). If you don't show up for dinner, we ask you to cancel, by calling and letting us know - we are against food waste.

Sustainability For the sake of the environment, we try to pay attention to regionality and seasonality as much as possible. That's why we make a conscious decision to support regional partners when it comes to food.

Presentation & equipment: All room photos are sample photos, the room floor plans are schematic. Structural changes are possible. All our rooms are equipped with WiFi, flat screen TV, shower, toilet, hair dryer, safe, desk, seating area and most have a balcony/terrace.

Check In & Check Out The rooms/apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room/apartment by 10:30 a.m.

Dress code According to the style of our Gasthof Freisleben, sporty and elegant clothing is welcome. We would like to point out to our guests that NO ski wear is not wanted in our restaurant during meal times. And ask you to leave your ski & snowboard boots in our ski room.

Bus - Service We take our guests to ski independently after breakfast from 08.15 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. In addition, local ski buses run every 10-15 minutes, bus stop approx. 50 meters from our house. If you arrive by train between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., we will be happy to pick you up.

Late arrival Please let us know by phone if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m.

Children: We are happy to welcome the little ones in our house and offer special children's discounts. Tell us the EXACT year of birth of your child with the request.

Pets Unfortunately, your four-legged family members have to stay at home, as we welcome many allergy sufferers in our house. We hope you can understand.

Wellness There is no sauna or swimming pool in our house. However, our packages include free entry to the ARLBERG-well.com, wellness and communication center, public facility, for swimming and for relaxing in the sauna, in the town center. www.arlberg-well.com

Local tax: from 5€ pp/day (from the 15th birthday is not included in the price)

Payment You are welcome to pay with cash, EC card, Visa or Mastercard. When paying with an EC card or credit card, we allow ourselves to add 3% to non-hotel-internal consumption (e.g. ski pass, ski school, ski service, etc.).

Worth knowing about booking and reservation The specified booking dates are binding. Reserved rooms will be kept free until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know. In the event of later arrival or earlier departure, the room price will be charged. It is not possible to make a firm commitment to a specific floor or room number. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (GTC Hotel Industry) apply. A definitive reservation is made after receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation and travel cancellation: - Current situation in the corona crisis - All services and regulations offered are subject to any official requirements or restrictions.

To book a room/apartment, we ask you to send a written confirmation by e-mail. A definitive reservation is made by means of a rental contract and the receipt of a deposit of 40% of the booking price. In the event of a travel warning or the closure of our hotel, the booking can be canceled without cancellation. Deposits will be credited or returned, and a rebooking is also possible.

For the winter season we have reduced our free cancellation for the entire season from 61 days to 31 days before arrival. Exceptions to this are the week of New Year's Eve and the holiday periods from the beginning of February to the first week of March. A free cancellation of 61 days before arrival applies here.
